Our process
1. Sourcing components
We source materials required to develop embroidery, be it sequins, beads, embroidery yarns, metallic threads. We have built up a library of beads and sequins which allow us to access multiple components to develop rich results.
We can also provide standard base fabrics such as standard cotton poplin, handloom cotton, silk satin, georgette, chiffon, crepe. If clients need more specialised fabrics, they can have it shipped directly to us.
2. Embroidery Development
We ask you to send us reference images for the type of embroidery you would like developed, and a detailed artwork to follow. We start developing the embroidery and send photos over email so you can stay updated and make changes along the way until the embroidery is finalised.
We can embroider badges/ applique patches, meterage, pattern shaped panels, or sometimes also on ready-made garments such as denim jeans and jackets.
3. Cutting, sewing and finishing of garments
Clients send us paper patterns for each style, using which we can cut the embroidered panels into shape and sew them into a final garment. We can provide basic buttons, bias fusings and zips, but clients need to send any specialised components they want used on the finishing.
